Friendly owners with a commitment to upgrading and expanding. It was clean and neat, had a small store, propane and group facilities. Gazebo was a great place for a party. Solar powered. Close to historic and natural areas. Tent sites were very nice. Some cabins available. Partial hook-up sites quieter and farther from highway. Convenient to, but not in, town. A few long-term residents and a fascinating Emu! I'd go back.
Too many permanent residents with too many vehicles and loose dogs. One of two bathrooms out-of-order. Used to be a nice, relaxed park but now getting shabby. Management unresponsive to requests to fix shower. Two domestic violence police visits insured that I'll never return.
A pleasant little park with a friendly welcome. Bathrooms and showers were immaculate. Landscaping was attractive. Hookups worked well. We felt very safe here and would return again. Cable TV no longer worked since the digital switch.
Clean, neat park but little shade. Nice mountain views. Sites ample but water is on curb side while sewer is on street side and electric is in back. Gravel sites with concrete patio and table. Lots of lights. It's located on the frontage road, so highway noise is considerable and it seems to be a major truck route. Amenities are very nice, fitness center, lobby, computer table with telephone directories. Wi-Fi coverage was erratic.
Grim, unattractive park. Charming video on website gives an impression that is not met on-site. No shade and little vegetation. Dirt sites. It had Border Patrol vehicles going past frequently. We chose not to stay.
